✖ In the Hunter World, we go by a fairly simple system: Ranks. However, we supplement our Ranks system with Tokens. In order for you to understand progression on our site, let me break that down for you, so you may comprehend:
Ranks are tiered levels of your XP. For example, Gon will begin with 0 XP which starts him at E-Rank.
However, when Gon accrues enough XP to reach a number equal or over 500 XP, then our protagonist will be eligible to be promoted to D-Rank.
It is rather simple, but do note that Rank is mainly just an estimate of power or one's growth, not an exact measurement.
Gon very well may be stronger than your average D-Rank, so take note of this as so you can be weary.

It varies how much you may receive. However, the exact amount awarded will always be detailed within a given description so you may decide to pursue a said activity or not.

PRE-REQUISITES
If you want to spend your Tokens, you certainly may! It is pertinent though that before you spend, you know of each of the prerequisites to promote a character up a Rank. Below you can find the Ranks List and what you require to be promote a character:
E: Start At
D: 500 XP
D: 500 XP
C: 1k XP + 1 Token
B: 2k XP + 2 Tokens
A: 4k XP + 4 Tokens + 1 Special Token
S: 8k XP + 8 Tokens + 2 Special Tokens
SPECIAL TOKEN
If you noticed; Special Tokens exist. It will be necessary to enter the Master bracket that consist of A-Rank & S-Rank. It is a very rare Token only granted as a reward by the following:
✖ Attain 3 Stars on your Hunter Class!
✖ Participate within a High-Risk death enabled event!
✖ Become the Heavens Arena Master!
✖ Obtain a Super Rare Treasure or Mount!
RANK REWARD
Note: You do not earn Tokens via leveling up a Rank. All of the first sentences only apply when starting at that particular Rank. However, everything else listed will be earned automatically when leveling up a Rank.
E: Begins with 6 Tokens. A total of 2 Technique slots. A total of 100 Nen points. A total of 100 Stamina points.
D: Begins with 5 Tokens. A total of 4 regular Technique slots. A total of 1 Relative Technique slot. A total of 200 Nen points. A total of 200 Stamina points.
C: Begins with 4 Tokens. A total of 6 regular Technique slots. A total of 1 Relative Technique slot. A total of 300 Nen points. A total of 300 Stamina points.
B: Begins with 2 Token. A total of 8 regular Technique slots. A total of 2 Relative Technique slots. A total of 400 Nen points. A total of 400 Stamina points.
A: A total of 10 regular Technique slots. A total of 3 Relative Technique slots. A total of 500 Nen points. A total of 500 Stamina points.
