My 2 Free Techniques

Name: Skateboard Bash
Tier: Novice
Type: Offensive and/or Special
Range: Close
Cost: 10 Stamina
Conditions | Restrictions: Must have his Skateboard with him to use.
Description: Skates towards the Target and jumps up with his Skateboard, slamming into its target with all his momentum and body weight. Can be used in battle or outside of battle, to knock things over like Trees, or maybe a partially broken wall of sorts.

Tier: Novice
Type: Defensive
Range: Any
Cost: 10 Stamina
Conditions | Restrictions: Must have his Skateboard with him to use.
Description: Can use his board to block attacks on him. He can do fancy stall tricks, and use the body of his board to avoid, punches, kicks or even things thrown at him.
